  Co-Founded by Jackie Kohlhepp and Brittany Betit, The Rez Rev, LLC believes in hiring people, not resumes. As women and Military Spouses, we understand the struggles many face in the current job market. As entrepreneurs in the talent and organization space, we are passionate about helping others launch successful careers. In fact, as part of our business model, The Rez Rev, LLC will donate 10% of all earnings to local non-profits, dedicated to driving positive change.

  Jackie Kohlhepp & Brittany Betit are the Co-Founders of The Rez Rev, LLC based out of Charleston, SC. They are on a mission to rehumanize the hiring process by revolutionizing the resume. Their app, REZREV, offers a new way for employers to hire Gen Z and Millennial candidates by replacing resumes with video.
