Concrete is a durable and plentiful material. Steel is embedded in concrete to add strength, but it is subject to corrosion. Most of the concrete in today’s structures is there to protect the steel inside from such corrosion. The entire structure must be designed to accommodate the weight of all this steel and extra concrete. As a result, it drives up construction costs significantly.

Thaddeus solves these crucial problems in the construction industry through proprietary materials science technology. We build structures lighter, stronger, safer, less expensive, and more durable and sustainable than concrete with steel or wood.

Duc Quach
President
Duc Quach emigrated to the US from Vietnam as a child and grew up in the San Francisco Bay area. He has been an entrepreneur from the start, working in the automotive industry while honing his skills as a real estate investor through hands-on project management. Duc now operates as a financial management professional and investor and is co-founder of Liquid Equity Partners. He has financed and completed more than 100 property conversions and is a board member for several non-profit organizations.

Jeff Heimburger
Head of Strategy & Marketing
Jeff Heimburger is our Head of Strategy and Marketing and brings more than two decades of commercial leadership experience with global businesses from Fortune 100 companies to his own start-up venture. He has launched dozens of products and services into regulated and unregulated markets globally and was formerly General Manager of a $700M business unit. His education is in Mechanical Engineering, and he started his career selling specialty chemicals into the construction industry.
