I’m Dave Baker, a Business Advisor at My HR Pros with close to 3 decades of business and ministry experience. I believe people are the most important asset in any organization, since they manage all other assets.
After leading a solutions team at Verizon in earning national recognition, I was working on my 3 and 5 year corporate plans and thought, “What’s my 10,000 year plan? Does it align with Christ’s plan? And how am I working to make sure others are there to experience it?” It’s not like I thought of my job as separate from ministry, but I became far more intentional in truly living for Him and his greatest asset, us.
At My HR Pros, I’m able to focus on building strong partnerships and help leaders navigate the challenges and realities of having and paying a team, allowing many of those leaders to maximize their Kingdom impact and achieve organizational goals.
