1. I think this is a tremendously underutilized opportunity for investment. I think it has got to grow, tremendously grow over the years.

8. I think the coaching and mentoring for people that come to Fundify can be significant. We hear the importance of chasing after smart capital and not just any capital, and one of the problems with the crowdfunding platform is you do not get that “smart capital” or that coaching/mentoring that you might otherwise.
9. One of the beauties of an online business is the scalability of it. How do you scale?
10. Do you rate these companies? Is that one of the value-added features you are providing for the investors?
11. I think this is feedback for the entrepreneurs. Your site has something that helps entrepreneurs in that it teaches the entrepreneurs to fill out their form, so they start to understand what the regulations are. By filling out the application, the entrepreneur starts to learn how these regulations are working. That is a competitive advantage that your system has.
