Robert Bush
Robert Bush worked for over 25 years as a pharma/biotechnology executive before joining IBEC Ventures as their Managing Director in 2014. Robert holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing and an MBA in Market Strategy. He currently lives in Colorado and has authored a number of books as well. Robert and his wife have two incredible daughters, two amazing sons-in-law, one awesome grandson, a carefree and happy golden retriever, and a cat...who thinks he's a dog. Today, Robert's focus is on helping both startup and existing BAM businesses create jobs and make disciples in the workplace. Larry Sharp
Larry W. Sharp is the Founder and current BAM Specialist for a BAM, B4t consulting firm, International Business and Education Consultants (www.ibecventures.com). He served 21 years in Brazil and then 20 years as Crossworld VP of Operations and as Vice President of Business Partnerships. He is currently a VP Emeritus and consultant with Crossworld. Since 2007 he has devoted energies toward Business as Mission (BAM) and currently is a consultant and researcher on BAM and education themes.
He holds degrees in Bible (Prairie College), business (BA Seattle Pacific University), and education (MA Azusa Pacific University) and a PhD (University of Calgary, CANADA) in comparative sociology of education and administration. His career focus has been in business, education, and supervisory roles. While in Brazil he served as teacher and headmaster of the Amazon Valley Academy (15 years) and President of the Missao Crista Evangelica do Brasil (MICEB) for six years.
He travels within North America speaking and teaching in conferences, colleges and churches on themes related to Business As Mission (BAM, B4t). His travels abroad relate to BAM, crisis preparation, and management and team building. He writes a weekly blog on ibecventures.com/blog and blogs on other sites occasionally. He develops university curriculum and teaches on themes focusing on the integration of faith and missional living with business. He is the author of numerous mission related articles and the book The Greatest Missionary Generation, 2020, with the most recent book MISSIONS DISRUPTED: From Professional Missionaries to Missional Professionals, 2022. He is chairman of the board of the www.freedombusinessalliance.com
Larry and Vicki live in Everett, WA and have been married for 53 years and have four grown children and ten grandchildren.
