Declaration, LLC is dedicated to the production of high-quality, marketable television shows and films outside the bloated Hollywood budget infrastructure. There is an increased need for content in the rapidly growing television and cinematic markets, and independent productions are one of the key providers. By combining fresh talent with seasoned industry professionals, our goal is to create projects that will flourish both creatively and financially. We believe the timing is excellent to get involved in the entertainment industry. With a team of bright and talented filmmakers and producers, we will deliver high-quality filmed entertainment while keeping budgets low to maximize profits.
Declaration, LLC is weighted toward success in the entertainment marketplace through these main factors:
DIVERSIFICATION – Declaration, LLC owns a diversified portfolio of high-quality screenplays and teleplays.
INDEPENDENT BUDGETS – As engaging, experienced, and savvy professionals, we will produce high-quality content at the lowest possible budget. This strategy will create opportunities for profitability at a lower level of gross revenues than most studios and/or networks.
MULTIPLE DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS – The numerous potential media outlets available for independent productions, including domestic and foreign theatrical, television, cable, satellite, Video on Demand (VOD), DVD, New Media, and all other ancillary rights, will create licensing and sale opportunities for Declaration, LLC.
DECLARATION MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of DECLARATION the series is to entertain to educate. It reminds the audience through comedy why we have our rights and liberties.
Victoria Keffer – Writer/Director; Owner, Declaration, LLC.
Victoria Keffer is an award-winning screenwriter (THE VICAR TAKES A WIFE), bestselling Amazon ghostwriter, author, and editor of fiction and nonfiction. With a background in video production, for over two and a half decades she's worked as a scriptwriter ("Manufacturing Marvels" on Fox Business News, Pat Summerall Productions) for clients across the globe. She also served as a scriptwriter and content developer for KidZania USA.
Her historical costume sewing hobby led to work as a seamstress and key set costumer for the second installment of the WASHINGTON'S ARMOR series and on KNIGHTMARE: A MEDIEVAL STAR WARS STORY. She also co-produced a promotional video for Christ For The Nations UK Bible school.
Her knack for creating humorous fish-out-of-water stories led to DECLARATION, for which she is the showrunner.
Wilfred L.W. Dobson – Producer/Cinematographer
Wilfred L. W. Dobson is a Solutions Architect with over 25 years of experience in business Internet technologies, media development, programming, and digital artistry. He serves as a board member for multiple 501(c)(3) organizations, and leads creative efforts for social media, web, and video content. He is involved in acting for film and television, and lends his skills as a Director of Photography and drone operator.
He is an actor, graphics designer, and BTS cinematographer for DECLARATION. His acting work includes PAUL: THE LAST APOSTLE, THE CHOSEN, and LAWMEN: BASS REEVES.
Grace Lawrence – Writer/Actress
Grace Lawrence was born into a family of parody song writers and is an award-winning short story author. Originally starting out in improvisational comedy, she learned to combine her comedic acting and writing skills into sketch and script writing. She is also an accomplished comedic voice-over and stage actor in addition to being a wicked puppeteer. She is an actress and writer for DECLARATION.
Gary Bosek – Director of Photography/Editor
Gary Bosek is a seasoned Director of Photography and film editor. He’s directed three feature films (DILLY LOVES KITTY, THE MESSENGER’S BOX, HARMLESS THOUGHTS) and his own sci-fi series, THE OTHER UNIVERSE. His credits include films (SALVAGE YARD SHINE BOYS), TV shows, commercials, and documentaries. He taught all aspects of film production at the college level, including a BFA program. He is the DP and editor for DECLARATION.
Kelly Kidd – Actor/Producer/Historical Consultant

#1 Session: All About Declaration
Find out everything you want to know about this historical, satirical comedy series. You’ll learn what inspired the show, how it simultaneously explores current and past events, how it educates through comedy, and what TV series it emulates. We’ll introduce the characters and learn the significance of their names and costumes, then examine how social media ties into the show. We’ll end with Q&A.
#2 Session: The D Team
Meet Declaration’s production team. Along with a brief video showcasing our finest talents, you’ll discover who we are, what we contribute to the show, our past credits, and why the show appeals to us. We’ll end with Q&A.
#3 Session: Investor Corner
This session explores why investors should invest in the show. We’ll look at its:- Originality
- Existing body of work
- Potential for several seasons
- Potential for longevity in syndication
- Demographic appeal
- Texas-based production—cast, crew, contribution to local TV/film industry/economy
We will glimpse at another project in development, based on an award-winning screenplay/book adaptation, then end with Q&A.
