We are thrilled to announce that Allison and Stephen Ellsworth, co-founders of Poppi, will take the stage as our 2026 Keynote Speakers at The Lion’s Den DFW. Allison and Stephen Ellsworth are the visionary entrepreneurs behind Poppi, a gut-health–focused soda brand that began in their kitchen and grew into a multi-billion-dollar business. After discovering the benefits of apple cider vinegar, Allison set out to create a functional beverage that was both health-forward and delicious—sparking the idea that would become Poppi. With Stephen’s support, the brand evolved from Mother Beverage into Poppi, gaining national attention after appearing on Shark Tank and quickly building a bold, vibrant identity embraced by Gen Z consumers. In 2025, Poppi was acquired by PepsiCo for $1.95 billion, solidifying Allison and Stephen’s impact as pioneers in the functional beverage and wellness space. |
