Reiturn helps everyday investors access cash-flowing multifamily real estate with as little as $500. It’s a Birgo-managed, public non-traded REIT focused on stabilized apartment communities in the Heartland, combining potential income and long-term growth with a resident-first approach. Reiturn handles the sourcing and day-to-day management, so investors can participate in real estate ownership without being landlords.

Since Birgo’s founding in 2012, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to a conservative yet strategic approach to growth and scaling. Our journey into private equity real estate took a significant step forward in 2015 with the formation of Birgo Capital and the launch of our inaugural $17 million fund, followed by a successful $45 million second fund in 2018. By 2020, we expanded our geographic footprint and further diversified our offerings with the simultaneous launch of Funds 3 and 4. Today, in 2025, the launch of Reiturn alongside our $100 million Fund 5 stands as a milestone of over a decade of disciplined execution, reflecting our ongoing dedication to driving meaningful impact and consistent returns for both our residents and our investors.

BobiHealth is a next-generation, multi-lingual pregnancy and postpartum wellness platform that unifies continuous biometric monitoring, symptom logging, mental-health support, and personalized education into a single, easy-to-use app. Designed for expecting and new parents—with optional sharing to friends, family, and caregivers—it enables consistent daily tracking, clearer decision-making, and earlier recognition of warning signs.

Unlike the pregnancy apps currently on the market, no consumer app offers the same breadth, depth, or clinical alignment as BobiHealth. Independent reviews of more than 35 leading apps show that while a handful support basic HealthKit syncing, fewer than five offer meaningful wearable integration, fewer than three combine baby feeding/diaper/sleep tracking in the same app, and only one or two provide any form of provider-ready health export. BobiHealth is the only app that integrates wearable data, baby-care tracking, provider-ready health exports, AI-powered insights, postpartum continuation, SDOH-aware nudges, and structured triage into one unified experience. By centralizing daily health signals across pregnancy and postpartum, it supports safer pregnancies, faster escalations, stronger caregiver coordination, and more efficient provider visits.

The XRDS™ is like a “black box” for aircraft, but instead of only recording crashes, it processes flight data and custom sensor inputs to identify anomalies or emerging failures weeks or months in advance. This allows maintenance to address issues before they become critical, while also recording flights for video playback to enhance pilot training and Safety Management Systems.

Unlike traditional Health and Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS), which often rely on reactive indicators like cockpit warning lights, XRDS™ proactively detects problems early across a broad spectrum of aircraft and even automotive and diesel truck applications. Lightweight at 12 lbs (compared to 103 lbs for legacy IVHMS devices), the system uses patented algorithms and modern electronics to provide next-generation HUMS capabilities at less than half the cost, with demonstrated effectiveness on over 20 types of aircraft. XRDS™ has been selected by the U.S. Department of State, including for Black Hawk helicopters, and approved by the FAA as a replacement for IVHMS, reducing carbon footprint while enhancing safety.
